amber heard detailed an alleged attack at the hands of Johnny Depp which she claims left her with a bloody lip, an injury her lawyers tried to prove with a photo, but the judge shot them down because she didn’t show up on time for trial… but TMZ has the photo… a photo of Depp The press team says it doesn’t line up with the timing of his accusations.
Heard stated in her testimony… Johnny punched her in the mouth during an argument and said, “I was in one of these fights, I think this is it, at his downtown ECB, we call it, loft, and we’re in the area of the living room from the kitchen and gives me a setback”.
She continued, “And, you know, it was, you know, he wears a lot of rings. I remember feeling like my lip went into my teeth, and I had a little bit of blood on the wall. Just like that, a little bit of blood on Wall”.
We obtained the photo that Heard says she took after the alleged incident, which shows what appears to be a cut lip, along with a note that reads “I’ll return xxx”… a note that she says was left by Depp.
It’s the same photo Heard’s legal team wanted to show the jury, but Depp’s team objected…saying that Amber’s lawyers never sent the photo during the discovery phase of the case. The judge agreed with Depp’s lawyers that the photo was never presented as evidence.
Now Depp’s team tells TMZ… the photo is from 2012 – TMZ has seen the metadata and we’ve confirmed it – however, in the UK libel case, Amber’s witness statement said the first violent incident was in 2013… a year later the alleged photo of the bloody lip was taken.
A source close to Amber says she screwed up her dates in the UK case, and once she got records from her therapist, it showed that Johnny’s alleged abuse dates back to early 2012…so the timing of the photo makes sense.
Of course, the photo and the alleged incident are just one example of the countless claims of physical violence that both Heard and Depp have faced during the trial.

Remember, Johnny’s team reclaimed Amber’s accusations. They have evolved with “new and convenient details” over the years, and that he had been “preparing to give the performance of his life in this trial”.
The case is on hold until May 16, when Amber is expected to return to the stand.
We reached out to a spokesperson for Amber about the photo, who had no comment.
