‘Fabulous sh*t everywhere’! Khloe Kardashian explores Kris Jenner’s opulent new home

Khloe Kardashian is treated to a tour of Kris Jenner’s opulent new home in a sneak peek of Wednesday’s episode of The Kardashians.

Khloe, 37, explores the extravagant décor at her mom’s house, describing it as ‘fabulous s**t everywhere.’

Khloe, who sported a skintight black bodysuit, was taking décor inside Kris’s home, finding it hard to hold in her shock and awe.

‘The table, the ruffles, the little martini table…’ she said as she looked around her mom’s living room.

‘Living in Kris Jenner’s world is just fabulous-ness. Like being surrounded by opulence and a dirty martini in a crystal glass covered in diamonds and always made up. And in these gowns,’ she said.

Adding: ‘And candlelight and dinner china and fabulous s**t everywhere.’

In the thirty second clip, Khloe is holding a glass of wine as she takes in Kris’ opulent living area, complete with a fireplace.

The camera showed a close up of Kris’ cocktail bar with hundreds of glasses.

Kris is then shown rocking a patterned gown with a pearl necklace and a martini in hand.

Khloe is also seen talking to the camera one-on-one in her Fendi X Skims bodysuit and diamond chain necklace.

Kris’ mom and Khloe’s grandmother Mary Jo Campbell, 87, was seen during the tour as they took in one of the refrigerators Kris had.

The fridge had two large opaque doors with the center part being clear, revealing a large array of green leafy vegetables.

There was another room pictured, this time of her china perfectly lined up and grouped by color.

The Kardashians airs on Hulu every Wednesday at 9pm PST.

Khloe and Kris built their homes next to each other in the Kardashian/Jenner favorite neighborhood of Hidden Hills.

Her home and her mom’s, which costs $20 million, for a combined total of $37 million, sits on land that used to have one single family home that Britney Spears once rented in 2011 and 2012 for $25,000 a month, per Page Six.

In late April 2021 it was revealed that the Good American found her mom, 66, purchased side-by-side mega mansions.

They had purchased the lots on the same day from Metro Development Homes just before Christmas to build their custom home of their dreams.

Per The Dirt last year, the brokers originally proposed one single family home on the 3.4 acre property, but Kris and Khloe counter-proposed two homes on the then-single lot.

Originally the land was owned by construction magnate Ron Tutor – the father of Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor – and included a home of 20,000 square feet.

The home was once leased to Britney Spears.

It sold in 2012 for $7 million to a local developer who razed the house.

After that, the land was left vacant for years before being passed to Metro Development.

Despite the exorbitant amount, the real estate purchases aren’t the most expensive Hidden Hills prices on record as a property sold for $22.3 million in June 2019.

The Dirt noted that the Kardashian-Jenner purchases still rank high among the priciest ever sold in the entire valley.

Kris home was reported to be 16,500 square feet with eight bedrooms and 9.5 baths, including an eight car garage, covered patios, gym, office, pool and spa, movie theater and guest home, Variety reported.

Khloe’s home was reported to be 10,000 square feet, with an oversized pool and like Kris, a modern farmhouse architectural style, per Variety.

Kris and Khloe’s homes will be a stones throw away from Kim Kardashian, who lives in a $60 million mansion.

Kim purchased ex-husband Kanye West’s portion of the home for $23 million, including all the furnishings, finishings and art inside.

They originally bought the home for $20 million in 2014 and in 2018, Kris revealed the property was worth $60 million.

Kylie Jenner bought her Holmby Hills home for $36.5 million in summer 2020.

Meanwhile Kourtney Kardashian lives in Calabasas in a home she bought in 2014 for $8.5 million.

In April 2020, Kris reportedly sold her Hidden Hills home, which was just across the street from daughter Kim’s home, for $15 million in an off-market deal.

Khloe offloaded her home in Calabasas in November 2020, selling it for $15.5 million.

Last year, Khloe shared a glimpse of the construction to her Instagram stories for her fans, while it was still underway.

At the time of her stories – which was in late May 2021 – Khloe’s massive swimming pool was in the midst of construction with her home still having visible pipes.

During the clip, Khloe entered her home and said ‘I have dry wall coming on!’ adding: ‘The start of my kitchen island is coming along. Right now, it looks like a big block, so I’m going to put marble on it. We’re getting close! It doesn’t look like, but we are!’
