4-star California CB Daylen Austin locks in official visit to MSU in late June

Michigan State has locked in an official visit from an elite cornerback in the 2023 class from California.

Daylen Austin, a four-star cornerback, is reportedly going to take an official visit to Michigan State in late June. According to Greg Biggins of 247Sports, Austin will be on campus on June 24 – 26.

Austin is ranked as the No. 16 cornerback and No. 143 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to 247Sports. He is from Long Beach, Calif., and plays for Long Beach Poly High.

Austin holds offers from 25 different programs, some of which are the biggest in the game. Schools that have already offered Austin include Michigan State, Alabama, Penn State, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Texas and USC.
