Since 2013, Tyler and Vincent Rominger have been in the business of helping churches reach congregants.

The Battle Creek brothers are the owners of Ministry Designs, a website design company that has grown to now serve over 39,000 churches. As the demand for live-streaming and other web services has grown since the pandemic outbreak, the Romingers have expanded their business through the purchase of birdseed.io.

Birdseed.io is a website engagement tool that provides patented asynchronous video communication to some 10,000 business. The ministry initiative will add to the existing business services offered through the platform.

“There’s so much opportunity, I think, for not only churches, but small businesses,” Tyler Rominger said. “What everybody who owns a website is trying to do is humanize it. (Birdseed.io) allows you to interact in real time with website visitors… We saw the attractiveness of it for the church space, helping churches bridge the gap between in-person and virtual services.”
