Principal photography is scheduled to begin in early summer at scream 6and we have learned today that Shout 2022 stars Melissa Barrera (“Sam,”) brown savoy jasmine (“Mindy”) construction worker (“Chad”) and Jenna Ortega (“Tara”) are confirmed to return in Spyglass Media and Paramount Pictures’ upcoming installment Shout movie franchise!
In the new movie, “The Shout The saga continues with the four survivors of the Ghostface murders as they leave Woodsboro behind and begin a new chapter.”
No mention of any of the original legacy characters returning for scream 6 right now though Courtney Cox He recently indicated that he will return. Still, it would seem that the focus here is on new characters moving forward, and the idea of ”leaving Woodsboro behind” is interesting and could take the franchise in a new direction. Creator kevinwilliamson and the third member of Radio Silencio, chad villella, are executive producers alongside Spyglass’s Gary Barber and Peter Oillataguerre, Ron Lynch, Cathy Konrad and Marianne Maddalena. Fans can look forward to the next Shout to be released in theaters around the world March 31, 2023.
